Michael Stevens is an International Human Resources Development and Management Consulting firm with offices in Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Abuja, Calabar, and in Accra Ghana. We have over the past years twenty three years, been providing these services to a number of private and public sector organizations, both local and international leveraing on our Membership of international firms represented across the world.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outsourcing Manager

Location: Ogun

Job Objectives

  • This role is one that requires a great deal of leadership and management skills.
  • The holder is responsible for overseeing the work of outsourced employees, making sure they are completing their assigned tasks in a timely manner and meeting quality standards.
  • Also, the role holder will be managing relationships with vendors or other third-party service providers.
  • This might include negotiating contracts, reviewing invoices, and ensuring that all parties involved are happy with the services being provided.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Monitoring the quality of work performed by external vendors to ensure that it meets company standards;
  • Reviewing bids from vendors for new projects or contracts and recommending which bids should be accepted based on price, qualifications of the vendor, and other factors;
  • Communicating with clients to help them understand project details and progress, and answering any questions they may have;
  • Managing a team of employees who work with vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget requirements;
  • Negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure fair payment terms and conditions;
  • Managing the recruitment and training of new vendors as needed;
  • Providing information about new technologies and industry trends to help improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Coordinating with human resources departments to hire new staff members or terminate existing employees as needed;
  • Conducting performance evaluations of external vendors to ensure they are meeting company standards

Requirements

  • Graduate from reputable university as First Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of Experience.
  • Good knowledge in HR practices with high level client in different sector
  • Strong clientele base from previous experiences
  • Good knowledge on payroll statutory deductions.
  • Proven work experience from different sector
  • Good presentation skills with Microsoft Tools
  • Professional certification is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
