I noticed Nestle dont pick candidate within the organization, insteà d they pick outside. For example, when there is need for nestle to recruit a field sales manager, they pick from other companies while sales supervisors and sales rep attached to distributor are left out.
The candidates within the organisation (sales rep and sales supervisor) knows the job well and is already in the system for awhile and he knows the job better than an external who is just coming in.
Secondly, Nestle Managers attached to distributors (fsm, Rsm)recruit candidate at will and use the opportunity to fix their relatives in key positions. For instance, they recruit their relatives into supervisory or DMS role .
I will urge Nestle to look into these problems. Thank you
