Job Title: National Retail Operations Manager

Manages: Regional Retail Team Leads
Summary of Role
- The Retail Manager will oversee all of the daily Operations of the Store.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPI.
- Able to manage the store’s employees, including performance evaluation, scheduling, and assigning duties and responsibilities by training, coaching, and developing the team.
- Demonstrate cost efficiency and attention to quality detail.
Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:
- B.Sc or HND in any discipline.
- Good standard of numerical skills.
- Worked in a fast pace, high-traffic store
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- The ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
- Able to develop excellent product knowledge to engage with customers.
Person Specification:
- Patient and Polite Person
- The ability to manage, motivate and organize others.
- Can lead with efficiency and compassion.
- Motivated enough to be accountable
- Work Weekends (Flexible/Remote options can be discussed)
- Effective communicator verbal and written
- Confident.
- Willing to Travel 25% of the time
