We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

1. Job Title: Graphics Designer
Location:
 Lagos

Job Description

  • The right candidate will be capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas across digital and offline media.

Responsibilities

  • Studying briefs and determining design requirements
  • Conceptualizing, visualizing and creating graphics based on requirements
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product/service campaigns using relevant design software
  • Creating on-brand graphics for a variety of media
  • Shaping the visual aspects of websites, newsletters, presentation templates, insignias and more
  • Working with the business development team to develop online marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • OND, HND or B.Sc in Graphics Design, Graphics Arts or related field
  • Demonstrable graphics design skill with a rich portfolio
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing tools including Corel-Draw, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Exceptional creativity and excellent attention to details
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Skills in social media marketing and e-learning authoring tools will be an added advantage.

2. Job Title: Project Construction Manager
Location: Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  • To manage all the Company’s Construction Personnel across the Projects providing adequate staffing to Projects during each phase of them, starting from their planning during the Bids Phase up to the completion of the Construction activities, covering the entire life of the Projects.
  • The role functionally reports to the Operations Manager. The role is a member of the corporate management team providing strategic insight, technical leadership and subject matter expertise while working in partnership with Group project and operational teams to positively shape the business achieving excellent financial results and competitiveness.
  • Responsible for managing construction activities across the group including but not limited to providing an oversight on project managers, engineers and vendors/contractors performance.
  • Provides an Operational oversight/leadership for the project preparations, planning, execution and close out of complex planned/emergent construction projects for the Group while generally developing strategies for flawless project fulfilment excellence.
  • Drives Operational efficiency and effectiveness across all construction projects of the Group by providing leadership interface between Operations and Projects.
  • Provides the organization with expertise in continuous process improvement, change management with primary focus on Safety, Quality, Cost, Timely Delivery of Project/Processes in line with “Lean” Methodologies.
  • Supporting Business Planning (manpower, material and equipment) both for existing projects and start-up of new projects (Brown or Greenfields)
  • Provides an oversight to project construction leadership, ensuring operational excellence goals and requirements are met at all times through real time tracking of cost, productivity and execution risk of projects.
  • Drives improvement of on-time delivery of project, project cost & productivity, vendor/sourcing cost, control resource (Personnel & Equipment) hour cost, through continuous tracking.
  • Provides Operational Leadership for projects Bid/Quote development including work scope, site condition check, preliminary safety and risk analysis to identify potential issues or obstacles and to minimize cost impact for site execution.
  • Ensures proper execution documentation is prepared, used, reviewed, stored and delivered timely including HSE, Quality, Construction.

Educational Qualification required for the Position

  • Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Qualification Required for the Position:

  • COREN
  • PMP.

Experience required for the Position:

  • 12 Years minimum EPC experience

  • The successful candidate will identify training and developmental needs of organizations and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the organization.
  • Serve as Chief Business Development Officer for all learning services
  • Drive our CIPM, ICAN and CBN accreditation offerings profitably.
  • Develop training content as solutions to client employee knowledge and or skills gaps
  • The overall responsibilities include: Identifying and assessing future and current training needs, developing an overall or individualized training and development plan and deploying a wide variety of training methods for client organizations.
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Module development for each sectoral trainings and technical support to all programs capacity building activities

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/M.Sc/MBA in HR, Management, Business or another related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, training, employee development, leadership and organization development;
  • Proven track record/ work experience as a training manager/designer;
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs;
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong business development skills and proven evidence of such
  • Strong contacts at all levels of the economy
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc);
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals;
  • Good computer and database skills;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Must have excellent project management skills.
