1. Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location:
 Lagos (Island)

Job Summary

  • The candidate would work closely with the Managing Director (MD) to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis.
  • The candidate would help MD to make the best use of her time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • The candidate needs to acquire extensive knowledge of the organisation in which he/she works. They need to know who key personnel are (both external and internal) and understand the organisations’ aims and objectives.
  • Candidates must posses the business knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, editing and proofreading skills, verbal and written communication skills, Attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities.
  • Excellent Management skills and a Strategic thinker is required.

Qualifications

2. Job Title: Sales Executive
Location:
 Lagos

Job Summary

  • Sales Executive to service chain liquor stores, grocery stores, and independent broad-market retailers. Responsibilities include servicing stores and keeping company products fully stocked, well-marketed & merchandised.
  • In respect to the broad market accounts, responsibilities include selling products and expanding the distribution of our brands in restaurants, bars, and retailers, as well as maintaining and building existing relationships with customers and key accounts.

Main Responsibilities
Chain Accounts:

  • Develop relationships and establish credibility with retail chain store wine/liquor managers and other store personnel in assigned territory. Selling in new items as well as displays and current items.
  • Setting up case stacks, displays, POS material and educating customers on brands. Also, occasionally conducting in-store tastings, as well as hand-selling at applicable chain locations.
  • Host tastings with store manager and staff on our brands
  • Inventory, refill and re-merchandise existing displays of product as needed or as instructed by store manager.
  • Correct any pricing issues, inventory problems and report sales opportunities to Managing Director.

Broad Market Accounts:

  • Develop, maintain and grow the sales of the company in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to assigned accounts to develop and maintain customer relations and satisfaction with service provided.
  • Call on all accounts on a systematic basis as directed by Managing Director.
  • Work in the market to build strong relationships with off and on premise Key Accounts.
  • Determine new accounts for product placement.
  • Keep all customers advised of current sales trends, promotions/deals/programs and special pricing.
  • Participate in supplier market visits, ride-with’s with management and work-with’s with suppliers.

  • Possess a cell phone, dependable vehicle, valid driver license, proof of state registration and insurance and an acceptable driving record.

3. Job Title: Account Executive – Business Development (Freight Forwarding)
Location:
 Lagos
Reports to: Area Sales Manager – Business Development

Job Summary

  • The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving his/her assigned sales plan by generating profitability.
  • The company’s revenue growth through the development of new businesses and the retention of existing businesses within the assigned accounts.
  • He/she analyses customers current supply chain needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers’ requests.

Main Responsibilities
Pre Selling:

  • Travels to customer sites for face-to-face meetings to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions
  • Customizes standardized presentation templates with customers’ information to illustrate benefits of solutions to customers
  • Analyzes customers’ billing technology to understand their needs and recommend UPS products and services
  • Performs pre-call analysis (e.g., researches account history, shipping details, complaints, etc.) to prepare for sales calls.
  • Researches resources (e.g., current customers, periodicals, competitors, etc.) to identify sales opportunities and obtain contact information

Selling:

  • Responds to internal sales leads from various sources (e.g., Sales Lead Incentive Management system, operations, Package Operations staff, etc.) to identify sales opportunities and create a sales strategy
  • Sells the company’s suite of technology solutions (e.g., Trade Ability, Quantum View, and Campus Ship, etc.) to customers to secure their business
  • Assesses previous sales calls to determine action plans for subsequent visits

Post Selling:

  • Discusses complaints with company’s personnel (e.g., Business Development Manager, business center managers, operations, billing, drivers, etc.) to determine corrective actions and resolutions.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, Master in Business Management/additional Diploma in Sales and Marketing preferable
  • Professional selling skills, consultative selling techniques expert
  • Minimum: 2-3 years relevant international corporate sales experience in freight forwarding industry

Location

Reports to: Senior Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

  • Assist with the implementation of the day-to-day HR Functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating clear understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Pursuing staffs’ compliance to corporate values and code of conduct.
  • Checking staff attendance in the Port Harcourt office.

Job summary

  • Overseeing field operations and the activities of the project office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all field operation/Projects in the space of Composite Pipe Systems, Well Services and Flow Control.
  • Oversee all activities in the Project Management office.
  • Oversee the assembly of PPEs, materials and consumables for all Project teams.
  • Ensure appropriate site visits for all field projects and the compilation of site visit reports.
  • Oversee the provision of adequate materials/personnel for each project team.
  • Facilitate projects mobilization/ demobilization.
