We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Furniture Production Supervisor
Location:Â Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire operations of the facility with aim for high performance
- Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
- Provide training and educating the workers on the floor
- Ensure compliance with professional standards such as occupational health and safety and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines
- Provide direction and schedules to the Production department
- Ensuring the quality of furniture and other items during the production
- Maintain the production and quality reports on the floor
- Responsible for making the cutting list and Machine program according to the drawings
- Responsible for maintaining and changing the tools like cutting blade, knifes, boring bits and etc.
- Ensure the product quality stage wise according to the internal quality standards
Requirements
- Possess relevant qualifications.
- Must have work experience in the CNC Wood work Machines and Person who works in the Biesse Works in the Rover machines added advantage
Remuneration
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
