Job Title: Driver

Location:Â Kano
Recruitment Type: National (3-year renewable contract)
Duties
- Drive vehicles within and outside the duty station.
- Record trip details in the vehicle logbook and carry out routine maintenance checks.
- Ensure vehicles are well maintained and clean.
- Liaise with the workshop staff to ensure prompt servicing of vehicles as at when due.
- Ensure courteous and prompt attention to passengers’ needs while being conveyed.
- Ensure the safety of the vehicle and passengers’ property.
- Perform any other job–related task as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- O’level with a minimum of four (4) years experience performing a similar role in a well– structured environment with a valid driver’s license.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:
- Have good communication skills (writing, reading, and speaking).
- Have the ability to work with minimum supervision and good driving skills.
- Have the ability to drive any type of vehicle (car, bus, truck).
