Job Description
- We are looking for a Delivery Driver to ensure customers receive their products safely and in a timely manner.
- The delivery driver will pick up and drop off products while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
- The successful candidates would be able to ensure that orders are complete, payments are correct, and the customers are satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, payments are correct, and the customers are satisfied.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle customer complaints.
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Requirements and skills
- SSCE, OND and HND degrees or equivalent are eligible to apply.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record and willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Attention to detail, strong time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry products.
- Track record of achieving and surpassing quota.
