Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location:Â Ajah, Lagos

Job Description
- Sell and issue of tickets to passengers/ customers.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of all events, services, organization’s policies and procedures.
- Deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and co-workers.
- Respond to customer enquiries with accurate up-to-date information.
Educational Qualification / Relevant Experience
- Minimum of OND in any related discipline
- 0-2 years work experience.
Requirements:
- Applicant must reside preferable around Ajah and it’s environs.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English Language. (Knowledge of a Nigerian language will be an added advantage).
