Job Summary

  • The Fund Manager provides financial advice and services to private and corporate clients of AT&A Asset Management Limited about a range of investment matters, including buying and selling investment trusts and shares or bonds, to help these clients invest their money in the best places.

Roles

  • Will make decisions about financial and investment opportunities on behalf of clients; buy shares and bonds on behalf of clients, and invest in property and other things, in an attempt to make as much money for the client as possible
  • Will be involved in deposit mobilization
  • Drive product creation to suit client / investor appetite.
  • Meet with investors to discuss investment opportunities and strategies
  • Create, organize and manage client portfolios
  • Will analyze financial data and liaise directly with investment analysts to make informed decisions for our clients
  • Effectively manage client assets according to their investment preferences.
  • Strategically plan and direct operations of the portfolio management business; lead and manage the portfolio investment team.
  • Will ensure that prospectuses and other documents are completed, filed and distributed as regulations require.
  • Must also ensure their funds operate in accordance with regulations outlined by authorities, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission
  • Keep knowledge up-to-date about the economy, current financial news and financial markets
  • Attend industry events; develop relationships with clients and expand client network in professional and social settings;
  • Liaise with external parties including regulatory agencies and also liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • Employ risk management techniques to assess investments and ensure asset portfolios are sufficiently diversified
  • Use complex financial models to project future earning and profit potential and uses this data to inform decisions and proposals
  • Is responsible for coaching and development of individual portfolio investment team members.

Educational Requirements

  • Candidate must have a 2.1 degree in any subject, though business studies, management, statistics, finance, mathematics, accounting or economics can be helpful, as can an MBA or similar professional qualification.

Experience Requirements:

  • He / She must have handled investment analyst roles before becoming a Fund Manager; must be registered at the Securities & Exchange Commission and have significant track records as a Fund Manager.

2. Job Title: Accounts and Finance Executive
Location: 
Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Accounts/Finance Executive has the responsibility of providing day-to-day accounting operation, support and control for the Group.

Roles

  • Keep accurate records of all daily transactions
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare invoices
  • Process invoices and claims and ensure proper authorization
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare reports: monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements; track deposits and payment
  • Maintain bank balance information
  • Liaise with regulators and participate in financial audits
  • Render statutory returns to regulatory authorities
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Maintain accounting controls by reviewing, preparing, recommending and implementing financial policies and procedures
  • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
  • Analyze market trends to find opportunities for expansion

Educational Requirements:

  • The Accounts/Finance Executive must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of second class lower award from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • He / She must be a chartered accountant.

Experience Requirements:

  • The Accounts/Finance Executive will be a seasoned and experienced individual with a minimum of 2 – 3 years related experience typically gained from Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms or Portfolio Management companies.
  • He / She must have some experience in using financial softwares.

3. Job Title: Business Development Executive, Haulage/Logistics
Location

Job Description

  • Sign up new corporate clients for godeliveries on a monthly basis
  • Ensure the Team delivers utmost customer service and make swift deliveries
  • Attend conferences, meetings and industry events
  • Actively seek ways to improve sales (e.g. work with the Team to plan and execute marketing strategies)
  • Build productive trust relationships with clients
  • Respond to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products / services
  • Establish a knowledge storehouse of clients, referrals, presentations and prospects
  • Develop financial reports.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train the staff/Drivers
  • Set and periodically review operating practices and procedures e.g workflow, reporting procedures and expenditures
  • Manage day-to-day operations of AT&A Retail Haulage

Job Summary

  • A sales agent in AT&A Properties Synergy rents, buys, or sells properties for clients on behalf the company.
  • He / She will get property listings, market properties, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.

Roles

  • Initiate, coordinate and close property sales on behalf of the company
  • Initiate, coordinate and close property leases /letting on behalf of the company
  • Identify potential property development schemes under the joint venture model which the firm can participate in
  • Identify potential strategic lands for site and service projects
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Manage properties / estates on behalf of owners / Estate Resident Associations
  • Initiate, process and manage real estate investment portfolios
  • Arrange for title searches, conduct title processing / surveys and carry out due diligence on properties

Educational Requirements
